We are an independent, family-owned business with a well-established reputation for quality and professionalism since 2004. We offer many services with a focus on Home Watch and Concierge Services.

If you are a part time resident and leave your home unattended for any length of time, serious damage can occur. A small leak can quickly become a flood; broken A/C can lead to mold and mildew that causes structural issues, damaged framing and harmful respiratory issues – the list goes on. Having a home watch company also helps deter anyone thinking a home may be vacant such as squatters, intruders and/or thieves!

With each customized Home Watch inspection, we can keep your home well maintained and save you from damage and costly repairs. From checking the A/C and coordinating maintenance services, to grocery shopping and storm preparation…we’ve got you covered.

How frequently do you check?

We recommend every week or every other week.

Do I need a home watch service for short term absences?

Yes. As you are aware, anything can go wrong or break at any time. Your air conditioning system could shut off and create extremely hot conditions inside your home which can cause mold and mildew to rapidly grow. An electrical issue can cause a fire. Wind and storms can cause limbs to fall and damage your roof.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes.

Will you oversee contractors while we are away during remodeling, and oversee our regular scheduled contractors such as cleaning and lawn companies when they show up?

Absolutely. You will receive pictures through the different stages of work being done and will be kept updated with any problems that may arise.

What are your prices?

Do we have to sign a contract?

No, we do not hold anyone to a contract.

Do you accept credit cards?

No. We bill on or about the first of the month for the prior month. We accept checks, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle.

What about our vehicles?

We can start your vehicles weekly or every other week, or we recommend using a trickle charger on the car if possible so this will hold your battery's charge.

Why hire a home watch service versus friends, family or neighbors?

Although your friends, family and neighbors think of it as “helping you out,” they are not trained in what to look for. If their personal schedule gets in the way, then no one is there to protect your home.

Will you secure my home in case of a hurricane?

Yes, we will secure your home including taking outdoor furniture inside. Post-storm, we will check on the property and report to you immediately.
