Basic Safety Service Package Includes:
- Upon entry turn water on/exiting turn water off (unless requested otherwise by owner)
- Run faucets including sinks, tubs, showers and sink disposals, flush commodes
- Check that A/C is cooling and reset thermostat and humidistat settings, if needed
- Check electrical panel for any tripped breakers; confirm electric water heater breaker is turned off
- Ensure refrigerator/freezer is properly functioning
- Water indoor plants if required
- Verify that all doors and windows are properly secured
- Check for evidence of water leaks or damage; check for visual signs of mold and mildew
- Visual inspection for signs of insects and/or rodents
- Visual inspection throughout property including lanai and garage
- Walk exterior perimeter of single-family homes to check pool condition. screening signs of vandalism, etc.
- Add water to pool, if needed
- Home Watch inspection checklist report completed during each inspection
- IMMEDIATE reporting to client of any abnormalities found
Additional Services Available:
Completed by Donna's Home Solutions or by coordination with other trade professionals.
Administrative, Concierge, & Maintenance Services include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate repair and/or maintenance services
- Allow access to vendors/service providers as needed
- Waiting services (for service, repair, delivery, installation, etc.)
- Package pick-up; bring inside property
- Mail forwarding
- Change A/C air filters as needed
- Add vinegar/bleach to A/C drain line
- Open & prep home for owner or guest arrivals
- Close down home after owner and/or guests depart
- Renter check-in & check-out walk through (before and/or after rental periods)
- Trash & recycle bin service (place bins out to curb for pick-up and/or bring bins in)
- Hurricane shutter services (conditions may apply)
- Pre-storm preparation
- Post-storm inspections
- Auto care (start vehicle, inspect if left on a charger)
- Grocery shopping and stocking
- Errands
